General Subtab

To set up your personal details, that are compulsory for the right functioning of the application and the flight booking system ,please make sure to fill your information in the “profile” Tab, and its different subtabs, as follow:

• Your General Information:
  • Basic Information - such as gender, first and last name, date of birth, phone number, weight
  • Email, which corresponds to your account email, but make sure to enable the toggle to receive all the automatic notifications via mail, in case you don’t have access to the application everytime 👉🏽 check as well the 3 levels of communication page for further information about communication in Moove
  • Language: which is the language of the application; 7 being available at the moment: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Norwegian.
• Travel Documents

those details are mainly important for the generation of the flight brief and instant boarding passes

• nationality and place of birth
• Travel document details: an AI Scanning for travel documents will automatically fill all the passenger personal information — type of document, document number and expiry date, upload the document. A multi passport feature enables you to register all your passengers information, including all travel documents details and several passports.

Security subtab

In this section, you can easily manage the privacy settings of your account by changing its password.

Company Subtab

Optional, and more adapted for flight departments and corporate shuttles, you can add your company information or emergency contact details.

This subtab is more interesting to define Assistant or Travel Managers that have the right to make reservations on your behalf. To know how this feature works, refer to Delegate a Travel Assistant

Payments Subtab
