This feature is mainly interesting for corporate executives and employees who can have their assistants or colleagues book for them a seat and handle their trips.

The passenger can delegate an assistant or travel manager via the “Company” subtab in the “Profile” tab by simply putting their emails. Thus, they will be able to login and handle the entire booking process of the concerned passenger.
The travel manager is now able to make the seat request on behalf of the passenger who assigned them in a pre-scheduled shared flight in the “Shared Flight” subtab.


Once the seat confirmed and the demand treated by the operator, the travel manager would have access to the flight brief of the passenger whose name is identified with a colored banner on the left and would be able to download their boarding pass.
