Moove adopts three different levels of communication for each scenario and for each type of user:
In-app messaging: via the “Messaging” tool that enables passengers to be in direct communication with the operator and all the crew members of the flight. Every user has the ability to create groups, to add users on existing groups and to message crews in order to ask any information.
In-app Notification and email: applies simultaneously for both the operator and the passenger. Whenever a client makes a reservation on an aircraft, the operator is notified of it via email and notification to treat it and whenever an operator makes a proposal to the client, they are notified via email and in-app notification.
