How to Manage & Edit Quotes
Whenever a request on your fleet is made via Moove, you will get notified in-app and via e-mail of the reservation made online and its details. If you don’t receive emails, make sur they are enabled in the “Management Parameters” page Set Your Management Parameters

On clicking on the notification tab (the upper ring button), the corresponding request will appear in your “Reservations” tab, enabling you to visualize dynamically its details and treat the demand.
Mission Overview and Modification

Mission Overview

On the left side of the reservation, you can observe all the static reservation details and overview related to the request for review:

The Flight Number: The flight number is in principle defined using the Trigram of the operator + the incremental flight number

Mission Status: visualize in the upper axis the status of treatment of the request, which by default is on pending. You can also see beneath the axis the date and time of the reservation request.
After treatment of the demand as we’ll explain in the following page, you can modify accordingly the status of the mission (upper right dropdown list) updating the client automatically about it. To know about the different status available, refer to: Understand the Different Types of Mission Status

- Customer Details: within a click, call or send an email to your customer
- Initial Request:
- Aircraft: the aircraft on which the flight demand by the client has been selected
- Flight Time: the total flight time estimated
- Total Estimated Cost: the pre-calculated estimated cost for the entire journey
- Special request: special requests written by the client upon submission of their request
- Flight Leg Details: details for each leg of the trip
- Operating Airports: the airports where the flight is operating
- Departure and Arrival: date and time
- Passengers: number of passengers and basic contact info

Static Map: static map showing the estimated trajectory taken for the flight operation
Modification

Client Information Modification: in case you need to change the main mission client, or modify their email, click on the pencil. If the client is already present in your CRM, their name will autofill. Please Refer to CRM Page

Leg Details Modification

Add a Leg: in the case of a leg suppression or addition to the flight, you can manipulate the number of legs within a click and fill manually the following details for each leg

Flight Details
For each leg, you can modify the following elements:
- Aircraft: choose from the dropdown list the aircraft operating the flight for this leg
- Type of Flight: you can precise the type of flight (for example, Board, ferry,..)
- Empty Leg Checkbutton: you can precise if a leg is an empty leg flight, alimenting the list of empty leg flights in your calendar visible for potential clients/ passengers to hop onboard
- Flight Visibility: define the type of flight, which can either be
- Confidential: that the client can precise at the end of the request, or that yo ucan you simply modify by clicking on the eye button
- Classic: default flight setting
- Shared: the flight can be shared among different passengers; it’s the operator team that manages the waiting list and requests on this flight
- Auto-Shared: the flight can automatically be shared with different passengers, the clients can within a click hop on auto-shared flights with avaialble seat without the approval of the operating team
- Departure and Arrival Aerodromes and Dates: you can manually change the operating aerodromes or the date and time for both departure and arrival if needed. The time is defined in LT, but also an automatic conversion to UTC+0 time is shown on its right.

Passengers Modification: add the passenger details and all the travel documents information

- Crew Modification: in the crew tab, you can assign a pilot to the mission
