The Mission Status corresponds to the processing stage of the request made by the passenger. A color code is applied to discern the different processing status of the missions in the “Reservations” page but also in the “Calendar.

The different Mission status are:

• Pending: the demand was requested by the passenger but not yet treated by the operator
• Processing: the operator received the demand and started processing it, probably needs more details from the passenger as well, all that before sending a quote or taking a decision
• Proposed: the operator proposed a quote to to the passenger who is yet to review the offer, chat with the operating team and make a decision of refusal or acceptance by signing and/or paying the flight fees
• Confirmed: the flight quote is confirmed by the passenger, the operating team starts preparing the operations for the flight
• Refused: the operating team refused the demand of a passenger for any reason
• Completed: the mission was completed and the passenger traveled to their destination
• Canceled: the mission was canceled, either by the operator or by the passenger, for any reason
