General Information

• General information about the company: the Logo of the company that will appear in the client / passenger ‘s interface, as well as succint details of the company such as its description and tag line — P.S If judged needed, you can easily remove the background of a logo with tools online such as https://www.remove.bg/upload , in order to align it with the colors and themes you chose.
• Default address: this feature is recommended to be set to the address or airport in which your fleet is based. The dynamic map that will appear in the Search Bar of your customers and on the operator’s other tabs such as the “Shared Flights” tab and the “Analytics” tab will be centered in this default address.
• Enable corporate Email ?
• General Information: other basic information about the company, such as its foundation date, its main website, and corporate email
• Payment Information: Add your Stripe account that will enable you to receive the money you generate via Moove directly to your account. Please contact us to configure the Stripe integration.
• OPS, CRM and Corporate Softwares: Connect to your pre-established OPS Software (Leon, Skylegs, Flight Bridge), CRM Softwares (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and Corporate Softwares (Workday, UKG, SSO) to synchronise your flights scheduled via Moove with your company database. Please contact us to configure any of those integrations.

Policies and Documents

• Flight Policies:

  • Empty leg discount ratio (%): add a discount percentage to apply on an empty-leg flight
  • Minimal interval for repositioning to base: add the minimal number of days it takes to reposition in the jet’s base
  • Auto create repositioning flights: turn the switch toggle on to automatically create repositioning flights in your scheduling Countries to avoid: set prohibit specific countries for flight operations based on company policies.

• Booking classes: add and manage classes on your flights Instant booking: enable or disable the instant booking feature, and set various conditions so thatlient will be able to purchase upfront their flight from the search page only if the mission request comply with your set of parameters. Taxes: add and manage taxes, tax groups & additional cost items. Checklists: add checklists for your crew, with items for each one of them

• Cabin Services: turn on the services and amenities that you want to enable in your quote package, such as catering, taxi service, ECMO, medical, golf, firearms, etc…

Status

Define Flight Types per color, such as Corporate, Board or VIP, for management and tracking purposes, which can be filterable for example in your calendar and defined in your mission edition. Add Quote Fields: fill in the field you want to include in the quote. The number set in the Default Values tab will be used as the default price in the quote. The passenger can then select the quantity of that item in the Quote Fields. Terms and conditions, Information and Privacy: add terms and conditions, information and privacy policy in your management parameters so that they be automatically added to your jet quote sent by email and in-app messaging to your customers.

Other Documents: upload terms of sales, air carrier certificate or prohibited items documents that can be viewed by the customers.

Availabilities

Custom airports: add customized helipads or airports that aren’t on the software — all the registered airports are already on Moove.

Custom FBOs: add FBOs, the airports they are associated with and contact details.

Aircraft made available: set the aircraft as available on your interface so that your customers or executives can book them.

Focus mode: for helicopter operators, activate this option which provides the client a dynamic map that autofocus on urban areas to preselect helipads or Business aviation friendly airport.

User Groups

Owner groups: Define owners for a specific aircraft, which will enable you to ask for their approval for futuyre reservatiuon on their fleet if needed. Refer to Create Aircraft Owners and Ask for their Approval for more details
