Initially, a conversation in the “Messaging” tab of your account automatically gets created whenever a mission has been proposed to you by the operator team or whenever you request a flight quote. In this conversation, the passenger can view, sign and pay the quote. Refer to Sign a Quote and Pay In-App for more details.

However, it’s also an in-app chatting tool that enables you to be in touch with all the trip members, including the passengers traveling with you on-board, the pilot, flight attendants and crew members, but also the entity that schecduled for you this flight (whether it is a broker, jet charter operator, or flight department team).

As a passenger, you can use this tool in many scenarios, for example:

• Ask any question about the quote and trip prior to signing
• Alert the crew members that you’re a bit late or that you arrived early to the airport
• Ask for on-board services last minute

As any messaging application, some of the main features of this tool are:

• Customized Chatbox title: with the flight number of date of flight
• Check the status of the mission with the colored tags on the right of each chatbox . Refer to Understand the Different Types of Mission Status to understand the corresponding color mission code
