Once the operator team has proposed a quote, the client will be notified of it via e-mail and by in-app notifications.
A conversation will automatically be opened in the “Messaging” tab between the customer, the passengers, the operating team and the crew.

The client will visualize the flight brief, with 2 main buttons:


After signing and in case the payment in-app is enabled by the operator, the client will be able to establish a secured payment via a third party tool “Stripe”, which is directly linked to your bank account.

Once the signature and payment are done, the client and the operator will be notified and receive a copy of the signed quote and payment proof by email. Moreover, the client can stay in contact with the operating team via the messaging app Communicate with the Operator Team
