In order to set an owner for a specific aircraft and ask for their approval on reservations later on, create a new group in the “Owner groups created” subtab in the “Management” tab, and name it as you feel best and optionally add an icon for better visualization.
After the creation of the aircraft owner group, assign to it all the aircrafts among your fleet that are owned by this group and add members to it by clicking on the group icon to attribute to them the status of owner over all the selected aircrafts.
When you receive a reservation on an aircraft owned by someone, you can directly ask for their approval by clicking on the “Ask for Owner Approval” button and treat the demand accordingly upon reception of their decision in-app and via email.
