To set up your account and get ready to schedule flights via Moove:

  1. Set up your Account under the “Management” tab (Refer to Set Your Management Parameters for more details)

    In fact, all operators teammates could have their own account with their personal address but the general email reception like [email protected] could be used

    c. Terms and conditions: fill in for integration on the quote and boarding pass

    d. Information: Provide key information to be included on the top of the boarding pass and contract

    e. List of prohibited items on board: will be displayed on the boarding pass

    f. Quote format: please provide your current quote design if you don’t want the standard Moove one

    g. Setting up the Stripe Account if you want to enable the in-app payment. Contact the Moove team

  2. Customize Moove with your business

    1. Integrate the Moove widget on your website: Contact the Moove team and put them in contact with your webmaster
    2. Provide primary and secondary hex color to customize Moove with your brand
      1. Primary color (dark)
      2. Secondary color (dark)
    3. Booking Messages buttons and price display
      1. Booking page button: decide whether you want the booking button to be titled “Book”, “Request Quote” or “Information Request”
      2. Price estimates: decide if you want to display the pre-calculated price estimates exactly or in a range +-X% / per seat
    4. Provide HD images with credits for each aircraft. For the main aircraft picture, use an image without background (you can remove backgrounds with https://www.remove.bg/upload)
    5. Fill out all the information for company information; they would be used at several spots of the app
  3. Operational Parameters

    1. Fill all the aircraft specifications under “My planes” : fuel consumption, performance, economics,… You can set up everything on your own or contact us if needed

    2. Would you like to show/use a rounding of the flight time - if yes how much (in min)

    3. What API OPS do you use and want to add to synchronize the scheduling?

      1. Skylegs: we will send an email to their team for manual setup
      2. Leon: please provide your staging environment credentials for test & setup
      3. FL3XX: you can create your own API key through your FL3XX account then, connect into Moove

    4. Invite pilots on each aircraft, they must fill their profile with the same 3-Letter ID of their OPS system identification - make sure to upload your ID for better customer experience

    5. For Skylegs users: create in your OPS system flight typologies with the same hexadecimal code as in your management environment in Skylegs

    6. Do you want to make passenger travel documents mandatory for seat reservations (shuttle or shared flight operators?)

    7. Please provide the list of operator accounts (team members email addresses) to grant them access to your booking management system

    8. What’s your invoicing workflow?

  4. User on-boarding and training

    1. Do you have a separate Sales and Ops team? To find out more about your working methods (who assigns the pilot, who does the scheduling1: selection of the aircraft…)

  5. Travelers & Owners training

    1. Invitation of privileged customers and passengers:
      1. Provide a list of clients: travelers, co-owners, brokers, etc… to whom you would like to grant privileged access to the calendar, shared flight, etc…
      2. Create your own User Groups in “Management” and affiliate them to each aircraft to share with the list of users, your calendars, flight share tools…
