Verify that the Route reference you chose for the route is a new one, different from any other routes — if it’s not the case, change it and find another three-digit number (R-FXX-000).

Why can’t I create routes and this message keeps appearing:

For flight departments: The “Flight Share” module will help you treat the requests received for seats on your shared flights.

For each shared flight already scheduled, you can:

• Visualize the estimated price per seat in the blue banner on the top left of each mission
• See all the details of the flight number of flight, flight details, passengers on board,…
• “Invite” button to invite passengers to hop on a flight
• “Share this flight” button to make a specific flight accessible for booking from passengers
• “Manage requests” button enables to manage the several aspects of a shared flight as follows:
  • Seat Requests: handle the reservation demands you received on this flight
  • Waiting List: handle the list of people on waiting list if any cancellation occurs
  • Invitations: handle the list of passengers you invited to join the flight
  • Cancellations: handle the list of people who cancelled their seat
  • “Make private” toggle: decide to make the flight private and not accept anymore
  • “Auto accept” toggle: automatically accepts any seat request made on a flight
