If a passenger doesn’t want to rent a jet in its entirety and is open to share it with other passengers, whether if it’s in the case of flight departments and corporate shuttles, or in the case of jet operators with a seat booking system, the concerned client can access to the list of available shared flights via the “Shared Flights” tab.

The major features to highlight in this page are:

• Filter Options

  

  • Departure/Arrival Button: select the desired departure or arrival airport
  • Pending Requests Checkbutton: view all your pending requests to join a shared flight, still not treated by the operating team by clicking on the “Pending Requests” checkbutton
  • Date: select the desired flight date
  • Mission Reference: if you were communicated the mission reference, type it in the “Mission Reference” filter
  • Aircraft: if you are searching for a specific aircraft, select its registration number from the “Aircraft” drop down list filter
  • Flight Status:
    • Already joined: this filter returns the flights that the customer already booked a seat on and the status is confirmed
    • Invited: this filter returs the flights that colleagues or other passengers invited the customer to
    • Available: this filter returns all the flights available for booking
    • Pending: this filter returns all the flights that the customer requested to join and that are yet to be processed by the operator
  • Available Seats: search a flight by the number of available seats in it

• Dynamic Map: visaulize the trajectories of the available flights via the dynamic map

• Join a Flight Button: when you find a flight that suits your needs, simply click on the “Join a Flight” button, which will send a request to the operator or automatically let you in the flight if it’s an auto-shared flight. The green join buttle will turn to a “Pending” blue item when the request is made and until the operator treats this request

• Join Waiting List: the customer can still join the waiting list of a sold out shared flight, to have priority in case a seat becomes free

• Invite Button: invite a colleague to book a seat in a flight by clicking on the upper right “+ Invite button”, both the passenger and the operator will be notified

• Estimated Seat price: for each flight, a pre-estimated seat price will appear on a blue banner on the upper left side
• Flight Wish - Suggest a Flight via the “Suggest a Flight” button is the bottom right corner by identifying departure and destination airports, date and time and number of passengers. You will get notified when the operator team schedules this flight
